Meaning
Someone or people constantly getting heartbroken, whether through relationships, friendships, family, other social things. It could be anything really. So the aspect of the inc. just goes along with the reflection(s) said a heartbroken person has. So like “sad boy hours” Basically, it’s just you know a reflection of why they’re so heartbroken, and they use their music and other creativities to broadcast it or help mend their heartbreak.
Sad Boi Inc. is a Collective of artist that includes LeAnna Toles (LKYDT), Kendal Jefferson (KD) and Jocelyn Almazo.

Backstory
Sad Boi started with Kendal(KD) and LeAnna(LKYDT) thinking about starting a record company. They both began working on ideas to get their vision started. Later they decided that Sad Boi Inc. should take another direction. This is when it changed into a collective. Jocelyn joined soon after this decision was made. The 3 of them would begin to develop ideas and collectively build up to a common goal of the collective.
